I see makers, artists and designers that want to sell their products to stores, but they are spinning their wheels instead and don’t find the time to give much more than a thought to wholesale.
And the thing is that selling your line to stores is the fastest way to grow your product business.
So, whenever I speak to a maker and they want to grow their business, my first advice is usually this: Take a moment to step back and make a plan.
But I also realize that making a plan seems overwhelming when you don’t have a lot of time in your day.
So, today I am giving different advice. It’s more of a quick hack to change your mindset and get excited about your business again. Once you’re excited and fired up about your business again, then you will make creating a plan a priority.

It’s not creating new products, designing new collections or getting a bigger following. It’s not spending more time being social on Instagram or making Reels. It’s not creating TikToks or spending your money on Facebook and Instagram ads.
It’s simple. It’s selling your line to stores. Wholesale works. It just does.
